A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Overall, my two-night stay was comfortable, but the bathroom felt cramped. I appreciated having a small cafe available for snacks and drinks anytime. Would recommend verifying room amenities before arrival, as mine was limited. Good location for exploring nearby shops.

Great location for exploring the city.
The AC could’ve been cooler, especially in the first room. We also found it inconvenient that there was only one lift, making it time-consuming during busy mornings. Additionally, the lack of a shower door resulted in a wet bathroom floor, which was quite bothersome.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Taipei Main Station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Via Hotel Taipei Station. Location is key. just a 10-minute walk from Taipei Main Station. Super convenient when arriving from the airport! The room was clean, modern, and spacious enough for my needs, though I opted for a Standard Double Room without a window. The complimentary 24-hour snack bar was a game changer. Soft serve ice cream, instant noodles, and drinks really hit the spot after long days of exploring. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and eagerness to help, making me feel welcomed. I had an issue with the air conditioning, but the staff quickly offered assistance. It did get a bit noisy at night, as there were some sounds from the street. The single elevator sometimes made getting up and down a bit slow during peak times. Still, I loved the comfortable bed and strong water pressure in the shower. Would definitely recommend for the price and value!

Highly recommend for families
The free snacks and drinks at the 24/7 cafe were a lifesaver for us after long days of exploring. The free pocket wifi helped navigate the area easily, very necessary with three kids in tow.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for what you get.
